Guest guest
Dear Board Members!I am sorry for the last tirade...it was a private email that was for a specific person and I didn't realize it went global! It was a good lesson learned! I didn't mean to rant on the boards...that is the LAST thing I would want to do!Anyway, I am very sorry for any personal affronts I may have caused. I only want to best for all and do not like to see good people slammed for such trivial issues. Bipley and Suzanne have literally saved the lives of many people on this board by giving safe, sound, ethical advice. Many people would have gone to the butchers in Tijuana...I live only seven miles from the border and know many of these so called 'doctors'. The advice on this board is invaluable to many people....including me. I got my sleeve before Suzanne and she was asking a lot of the same questions that all newbies ask. I watched her journey and can now watch her pay it forward for all of the new people coming in.I hope we can continue to provide safe, sound, kind advice on this board for everyone who desires the type of help we all needed. I love my sleeve and have been so grateful for all of the help and assistance that I received and only want to promote the wonderful process that Dr. Aceves has committed his life to - helping bariatric patients.Gail This i crap. Sorry but I smoked on the way TO the hospital, did fine, smoked outside when I woke up. The pre-op diet is 7 DAYS of low carb, NOT two weeks. Quit or don't, it's really up to you. Yes it's better for you but if you can't do it, one thing at a time.
