Many of us that have been on this board for quite some time have

pretty much been through this same discussion over and over again

and nothing has really changed. In this case I must say the research

is still continuing concerning ozone and the affects it has on mold

and other micro-organisms.

Since there are so many of us that are dealing with some form of

respiratory dysfunction (ie, asthma, COPD, RADS, etc.) the concensus

is that ozone is an irritant and may cause further lung damage or

that it may exacerbate these conditions. So common sense would tell

me if there is any possibility of making conditions worse or causing

any other serious lung damage, I would not even consider putting

this in my environment. Don't you agree? And please do not come

back with ozone is natural, so is fungi and look at what has

happened to all these good people here and many, many more. We have

been mislead before. I have personally had been exposed to an ozone

machine in a doctors office for less than 5 minutes and I do not

have any respiratory illness. I left that room immediately because I

did not like the effects it was having on me. I informed the doctor

of the research on ozone and he apologized and took it out of his

office immediately. We have some members here who also have used

the " safe " ozone machines and wound up with permanent lung damage

proven to be directly linked to the machine. There is a class action

lawsuit in progress.
