My parents had the same concern of losing too much.Remember high caloric liquids, like ice cream shakes, are easily ingested. I just wanted to share my hapiness and excitement and also my worry. I was sleeved a little less than 3 months ago and Im down 50 lbs. I am very happy and sooo glad I chose this surgery. I began at a bmi of 34 therefor I may not have too much to loose. I am 13 lbs away from my goal. Even though Im happy for my weight loss I cant help but worry also that I may get skinnier than I want. I can loose even more and have a healthy bmi but i dont want to be a stick. lol. Anyways I wanted to know if anyone has any opinions or has seen anything similar to my situation. Thank you all.

Hi,

This is such a simple answer. Calories in calories out. Once you get to your desired weight, you can add a few more calories to maintain your goal weight or do less exercise. You may fluctuate 2 to 5 pounds during a week so don't panic. So for me it was really pretty simple.

Hugs,

Suzanne
