Guest guest
Hi Doll!! I am also finding it hard to get all the protein in... I am lucky if I can get in 50g a day, and I am still working on the water too. Some days I can get the 64oz and other days I am not even close. So you aren't alone. I haven't been able to weigh myself at all yet so I don't know if I have lost weight, but I was told that the first little while our bodies may retain alot of water, but that we will be losing inches and that is how we can know we are still losing... Good Luck and Message me anytime! Guest guest
Hi, I am about 3 years out and I also struggled with getting all my protein in the first 10 days. I learned it was like a job for me when it came to eating. I had to sip on things all day long. I sometimes just felt tired from always trying to get all the things in that I needs. But, I promise you as you go on it because a lot easier, and it will become more fun as time goes one. You will be able to eat a little more as time goes on. We all have had periods where we "stalled" and didn't lose any weight this is quite normal. Hugs, Suzanne Sleeved 10/21/2008 Lost 105 pounds In a message dated 10/1/2011 11:41:09 P.M. I just waited until I got to solids to really try and get it in. You can only do the best that you can do. I lost about 18 lbs in the first 2 weeks but everyone loses differently. I hit stalls ALL the time. I am 3 months out now and down 42 lbs. I sometimes go weeks without losing a lb, then in one weekend I will lose 5-6 lbs. I have even gained a couple lbs then a couple weeks later the lbs I gained will come back off. It does get frustrating but the best advise Nina gave me was to be patient. Give it time, it will come off. I thought that I was doing something wrong too but it's just your body adjusting to all these changes.Take Care!
