Guest guest
Our trial (now in it's fourth year) is finally going to a jury, starting October 26 at 9am at the Wyandotte County courthouse. Our family lost virtually everything, and our son (who I had been pregnant with for 8 months in the toxic home) was born with a paralized stomache. He has endured hundreds of days in hospitals and life-flights. Our attorney's have chosen not to bring up any medical conditions, since they say it's too difficult to prove. We have decided to bring our children to the trial (Our youngest son has a feeding tube and wears a backpack for his feeds), hoping that we will get some sympathy. Is that wrong of me to do? I don't want to " use " them, but they were affected as much (if not more) than the rest of us. At any rate, I thought I would let you all know of the trial date. I will keep you updated.
