Even if they offered to do it for the same price I would tell you to go to Mexico. Ignore the nay-sayers and cling to the positive people in your life. I didn't have one single positive family member when I decided to go to Mexico, only a wonderful friend that kept pulling me along. I went out of the country to do it because of family memebers involved doing the surgery ( My uncle) but believe it or not....after meeting Dr aceves seeing the hospital and meeting everyone I would have just did it there. Very professional... very clean.. and so so so patient. Dr Aceves is my follow up dr.. and I will get all fills with him only. If I had all the money in the world and even had insurance to pay for the surgery, I would still go to Dr. A in Mexicali. I don't know of very many that approved of my going to Mexico of the very few I told. I told my P.C.P. and he was furious. Told me he would not treat me at all for anything related to the surgery and might not treat me at all.My husband is an RN and a specialist in infection control.
