Guest guest
Hi everyone! I have to tell you what a great experience I have had so far! I had my surgery on Thursday. Dr A picked me to go first. I am a difficult IV stick, and they stuck me 5 times before they got it. As soon as they did, tho, the anesthesiologist hit me with the Versed, so next thing I know, I'm waking up in recovery. One I go back to my room, I hit the floor and too off walking. I was so impressed that they give you the spinal with narcotic to control your post op pain before they put you to sleep. Tonight is the first pain I've had at all, and I think it's the drain because none of the other incisions hurt. Oh, and Dr A found and repaired a Hiatial Hernia I wasn't aware I had.The hospital is a nice little place. Beds are comfortable, and all the VSG patients are right here together. We're really enjoying each other's company and hanging out.I simply can not imagine a better experience, aside from the IV. The drain comes out tomorrow, and I'm super excited about that. Thanks for all the prayers! I'm very happy to be on the losers bench

Guest guest
Congrats! GLad to here it all went well. My only hiccup was the vampire in the lab. Bout passed out after the 4th try of trying to hit the sweet spot, and that was the first sample, lol. Its something when the lab work is worse than surgery!
