What is your secret...other than the band. What is your daily/weekly

ritual (what do you eat, how much do you exercise, etc) that brought you

to this point so quickly?

Did you have a lot of fills? I am excited for you and would love to

wow , you have done so well..congratulations...great job. I had surgery on the 21st of august but have only lost 40 lbs so far..I applaude you on how much you have lost..i kind of hit a stale mate over christmas and just starting to loose again..but i am going through my closet today and getting rid of tons of clothes ..i could put those 16's on that i could not for over 4 years..Can i ask you how you achieved that goal? I started at 222 and am so impressed with your journey...you go girl. I wish i have lost close to that..

Well this is the day I have been anticipating, since I had my surgery on AUGUST 7TH,07. I weighed 216 lbs at surgery and weighed in today at 166 lbs!! YEAH!! PRAISE THE LORD! I CAN DO ALL THINGS THRU HIM WHO STRENGTHENS ME! I have gone from a 20/22 to a 12/14 and have lost my double chins.The shorts I wore on my surgery day fall off when I tried them on.I am 5'4 and my goal weight is 115,so now 50 pounds until goal. God is good and so is DR.A CEVES,CAMPOS, AND THE WHOLE STAFF! THANKS FOR MAKING A DIFFERENCE IN MY LIFE and the best part is I will never see this weight back again! hey you we are the same size ,I am 2 inches taller and my goal is to

be 140lbs. but I am still desperetly trying to get financed or get a

co signer . getting my weight in control for life and avoiding my

genetic code of affictions that affect my elder overweight relatives

is my dream. i have two daughters that i want to enjoy without joint

pain and being uncomfortable in my own skin.CONGRATS and PLEASE PRAY

for me to be BLESSED. IF there is a will AND faith there is a way.
