Guest guest Posted October 7, 2011 Report Share Posted October 7, 2011 Thanks for the advice! I've never been a big breakfast eater and it seems harder for me to do post op. I started trying to do a yogurt or somethimg light but went back to my old habbit of coffee until 10am. At least its decaf now and I do a nonfat latte instead of just coffee.
