Vitamins & Stool helper Outer!!!

I need to start taking some vitamins.I went to walmart the other day

and there is so many to choose from.Where do I begin.

Also need something to help me out in the other department!!

I remb seeing someone post something about this ther other day but I

couldnt find it.

Any help would be great

take walmart's centrum equivalent and for the other

department: take a TBS of mineral oil (also at walmart

where the laxs are)and before you swallow it down

immediately follow with some appeljuice and THEN

swallow it down;you don't taste the oil and it will

help.Trust me, am just coming from there. Good
