Guest guest
I traveled from Santa Ana to San Diego train station prior to surgery. Ernesto picked me up at the train station and took me to Mexicali with those who arrived by plane. After surgery he took me from Mexicali back to the train station. Has anyone out there had any problems getting from the train station in San Diego to the hospital? Did anyone visit with the doctor prior to the surgery? Is there any pre lab work that has to be done before the surgery? After the surgery is there alot of discomfort. What type of diet do you have to follow prior and after the surgery? Is there a visit back to the hospital and/or the doctor's office? Is there a place for someone to stay with you while you're in the hospital? Will the doctor continue to see me after the surgery to check on my progress? One site has it all. Your email accounts, your social networks, and the things you love. Try the new AOL.com today! Guest guest
I don't know about the train station, I would imagine that Ernesto can pick you up there just as easy as he can at the airport.Did anyone visit which doctor before surgery? Dr. Aceves or your primary care doc? No, no labs before surgery unless you have a significant medical history. They will draw a lot of labs the day before your surgery. No, not a lot of discomfort. My sleeve band/sleeve sisters were up and walking as I was going to OR. Yes, there is a place for someone to stay with you. They can stay in your room.Pre op is Atkins. Post op diet is clear liquids for 10 days, full liquids for 10 days, soft foods for 10 days and you are done~ Yes, all three doctors will come and check on you. Dr. Aceves, Dr. Campos, and Dr. .On Thu, Nov 20, 2008 at 8:20 PM, Margaret J Camarena <mjcamarena54@...> wrote: I want to thank everyone who has written back to me.
