Hi Everyone,

Obesity Help will be featuring one of our patient on their Magazine . We need

to submit up to 5 stories and they will pick the one that will appear on their

Magazine.

It is a great opportunity to inspire others and celebrate your success!!!

If anyone is interested please send us your story to nina_eguia@... we

will get them together and send them in the appropriate format. There is no

limit on the length as of now but if chosen you may need to edit to fit their

specs.

Sooner is better!!
