Guest guest Posted July 15, 2008 Report Share Posted July 15, 2008 1. Don't mix (flat) diet peach soda with vanilla protein drink. Good at first but then waaaaay to sweet. Ew. 2. If your band says don't eat, listen to it. After switching to a plain chocolate protein drink, getting it down and feeling full, I just couldn't resist a couple of bites of the fried rice I was taking for lunch.
