It was ok. I made it in Jello. That was the best way I found to use it. Just read the directions for making it. The Unjury can't get too hot. All this protein is odd. Seems everyone likes something different. And what you like one day you may not the next. This is especially true pre and post surgery. The Unjury was my favorite. This is not to say I was in love with it. Marilou Sent from Marilou's iPadOn Jan 18, 2011, at 6:05 PM, Sheri <sherinations@...> wrote:

Hi, in my opinion is as bad as all other products sold by other brands or companies, I tried today with apple juice and the taste is horrible sorry my points from 1 to 10 is minus 10, crap. get your protein from your own broth is little but is better that all that stuff saling at the market i think that is what make post sleveed puke and get undernutritios trying to get those nasty protein power. Sorry this is my sole opinion about this.

Hi,

I didn't care for it. I had a difficult time finding a protein that I really like, but I did buy some small samples of Unjury and tried them during the first 10 days of the clear stage. I found out making my OWN chicken broth worked best for me. The Unjury was better than nothing. After the first 10 days protein is much easier because you can have creamy foods. And my favorite protein is Premier Protein that I buy at Costco.

Take Care,

Suzanne

We are all different--and that is wonderful it would be pretty boring if we were all the same. Some of us have different things that we can eat, and other don't like at all. I have a friend that Mayo bothers her since she had the sleeve, and for me a little is just fine. I do great with lettuce and she doesn't. I don't care for things that are too sweet. But, I think a lot has to do with I don't eat a lot of sweet things. I tend to want something salty. I also don't eat much red meat at all anymore. I know why, it takes forever to chew up and I just get tired of chewing. And I used to love red meat. Now I eat a lot of chicken and fish.

So we all have changed what we are eating and the amount of it.

Hugs,

Suzanne

....Unflavored whey protein just means they have not covered up the natural whey grossness with something like Chocolate.  I wouldn't like unflavored unjury in apple juice either.

It takes a long time to find a product you like.  There are no clear protein products I care for but there are some pretty good shakes out there when you get to full liquids. If you make your own broth it usually has about 1gm of protein per serving, you'd have to drink 60 cups a day to get your protein in.
