Guest guest
Hi, They have their diet listed on their Web Site. But it goes like this. When you get home you will have 10 days of clear liquids, then 10 days of mixed liquids--like creamy soups and other liquids, protein drinks, then the last stage is 10 days of mushy food--for me it was some veggies, cottage cheese, and other kinds of liquids--also protein drinks. When you are in these stages ask other people what they did during those stages. I found that a lot of people had some great ideas. You should also be doing some kind of diet before the surgery. For me I did Atkins. Just keep coming back here and asking any questions that you may have. I am sure a lot of people will reply to this question. I wish you all the best in Feb. You will NEVER regret this. My life has changed so much in just 2 short months after having the sleeve. Cheers! Guest guest
Thanks, Suzanne! I'm " the wife " . I can't tell you how helpful it is to be able to talk with people who have been through this! Reading the posts on this group site has done so much to alleviate our fears and make us much more comfortable with the whole process. I'm sure we'll have more specific questions as we go along. Thanks & Happy New Year! > > Hi, > > They have their diet listed on their Web Site. But it goes like this.
