Hi everyone I was wondering if anyone knows some more liquid stage foods that

would be

ok to have? I am on day 10 after having a gastric sleeve done-so the 2nd half of

my first 10

days and the broth just isn't cutting it anymore, nor is the jello-hahaha.. This

coming Weds.

I've be able to move onto yogurt, cream of wheat-but this is about to kill me...

Right now I'm on-

clear Isopure

apple juice (only a little)

any and all broths

hot tea

jello

V8

and my vitamin

Thank for any help...

Hi Donna,

Christa said it all with the puree ideal. I had my surgery on Aug 9 2008 and I have lost 95 pounds. I have stuck with the diet from Dr Aceves and I know it works so just tuff it out for a little while and you will be ok. It gets better as you add more flavors. I did it and I know you can too. Just keep on the diet and soon youwill be so happy you did.

See Ya, Mercer

Thanks Christa-did you have the gastric sleeve done? I went in to have another

lap band

put in. So this is all new to me. I know how to handle the lapband, the gastric

sleeve

though is something else-so I might need a little help. I've been emailing Gaby

with

questions that I have and she's been a GREAT help.

I'm 11 days out from my surgery and I'm down 15 pounds already. I had the

lapband in for

about 8 months and lost about 110 pounds down to a size 2.. I LOVED it, but was

unable

to keep it due to a number of reasons.

Thank you so much for your help-it means a lot..

hugs,

Donna
