Guest guest
Hi Donna, Christa said it all with the puree ideal. I had my surgery on Aug 9 2008 and I have lost 95 pounds. I have stuck with the diet from Dr Aceves and I know it works so just tuff it out for a little while and you will be ok. It gets better as you add more flavors. I did it and I know you can too. Just keep on the diet and soon youwill be so happy you did. See Ya, Mercer From: gnaedigunde@...Date: Mon, 24 Mar 2008 07:09:40 -0700Subject: Re: Food List for gastric sleeve hi donna, was there too. Guest guest
Thanks Christa-did you have the gastric sleeve done? I went in to have another lap band put in. So this is all new to me. I know how to handle the lapband, the gastric sleeve though is something else-so I might need a little help. I've been emailing Gaby with questions that I have and she's been a GREAT help. I'm 11 days out from my surgery and I'm down 15 pounds already. I had the lapband in for about 8 months and lost about 110 pounds down to a size 2.. I LOVED it, but was unable to keep it due to a number of reasons. Thank you so much for your help-it means a lot.. hugs, Donna DOB-3/13/08 210/190/125 > > > Hi everyone I was wondering if anyone knows some > > more liquid stage foods that would be > > ok to have?
