Guest guest
I have also been using Stevia (the new brand name is the Truvia as the Jens have mentioned). In the health food stores, you can get it in a container or in packets. You don't need a lot, and being all natural, it seems to be the sugar-substitute answer. Also, for tea, you can try sweetening with agave nectar instead of honey. A little goes a long way and your body doesn't metabolize it as fast as sugar or honey. Guest guest
Ahhh, I can understand that. I am also addicted to artificial sweeteners. I drink diet 7-up, eat sugar-free pudding and sweeten my tea with Splenda, and I hope that I will be willing to give it up soon. I'm not ready yet, but think about it every day.
