Hey all!I just wanted to let everyone know that surgery went well! I still can't believe I went through with it, but I know it was the best decision I will probably ever make. You all were soo right when you said the care was awesome! I love each and every one of the staff members!! They were soo Amazing!!! I miss all the caring staff already. Dr. Aceves and Dr. Campos came and checked in on me everyday...Sometimes more then once or twice!! For those of you prepping for this experience I'll tell you right now that I wasted ALOT of my time being worried and nervous for absolutely nothing!! Just relax go with the flow (easier said then done I know...) and know you are making one of the best decisions ever.. The care is amazing.. I am sure I will never get that level of care ever again unless I return to Mexicali! I remember waking up in recovery and seeing a nurse sitting at the foot of my bed. She stayed there the entire time I was in recovery talking to me... When I was awake enough to answer.

For those I gathered advice from before leaving THANK YOU sooo Much!!! The Gas-X was a life saver (I didn't break wind until we were on the flight home)!!! I am quite skeptical and I was floored at how honest your stories were. I wasn't in any major pain ever, and anything I needed and asked for they brought!! Your success stories motivate me to do my absolute best and I plan to send the whole team a picture of one rocking bride after February!!

For those of you I met in Mexicali- THANK YOU soooo much for being a part of the beginning of what I thought was the scariest thing ever! I am so very appreciative to have met you guys on these boards ahead of time, and to have met some of you down there that will hopefully now be joining the board!! Thanks for the good laughs, advice, and always checking in to see how I was doing Pre and Post Op!! I hope you are all doing well now that you are home (or almost home ! ) PLEASE keep in touch!! I can't wait to see the progress you are all making!!
