2 weeks and all is good!

This is the 14th. day since my gastric sleeve surgery. I have been a totally

obedient patient since I don't want any complications. The only bad days that

I've had (nausea) were days 2 and 3. I froze on the flight home, but otherwise,

everything has been super. As of yesterday, I've taken off 22 lbs. NICE! I'm

waiting until the day that I can go swimming. I'm hoping for next Monday.

Prior to the surgery, I swam one mile a day. Wonder if I'll be able to go that

far when I return to the pool....

Now, a message to Dr. Aceves and your crew : you are fabulous! I appreciate

the care and concern that you showed me. You should be proud of the care you

show your patients. I'll always remember each and everyone of you with fondness

This is great news. And 22 pounds already--amazing. You are doing a great job. This should encourage those of you who are sitting out there waiting to go have your surgery. This will be you one of these days saying the very same thing.
