Guest guest
Good morning, My name is Janet s. Im the one who became very ill from mold at the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard. I have been fighting Workmen's Comp for a year. I have sent numerous doctors letters, pictures, reports of what mold was present where I work and which cause respiratory illness. I now have asthma and live in my apartment with hepa filter air cleaners unless its a doctors appt. I wear a 3M mask into old buildings. I cannot open a window on a humid day. I cannot sit on the ground. I cannot go for a walk in the woods. I cannot enjoy life with my daughter whom I raised alone since she was five. Workmen's comp just keeps telling me there isn't enough evidence. They wanted to skin test me. I have had violent reactions to that and sent doctors and a lawyers letter saying so. As well as my pschychiatrist. I am now out of retirement money and am falling flat on my face financially. My last weeks there were nothing but harassment and intimidation and lies and discrimination until they told me they didn't want to accommodate me any more. What more can I say but lies sent to senators as I would receive copies and chop them up and send them back. I am asking for help. Thank you for your time, Janet A. s 25 Farmgate Drive South Berwick, Me. 03908 1 207 384 2810
