Guest guest
Billie and Stacie: How are you two doing? So sorry to hear about your shoulder pain. I am so glad I didn't suffer from that. I was prepared for it, so as soon as they would let me up after surgery, I walked, swung my arms up over my hear and side to side, lifted my knees while standing in my room and then walked some more, tooted like you wouldn't believe and even belched a little, too! Drank lots of water and I took the liquid Tylenol after I got home in the morning and at night--just because it was sweet, tasted good, and helped me rest at night. I say all of this to all newbies and near newbies and to . I hope all of you are feeling better! How is your weight loss coming?
