Guest guest
Thanks for this Suzanne! There is no place local for me to buy this so I just ordered some. It's expensive for shipping but I'm having trouble getting enough protein drink in me. This will help me. -Debbi > > Hi Everyone, > > I am always trying to find some kind of bread that is healthy and that I can eat. > > I have found some and look it has protein in it--amazing. Check out the Web Site. I found it in a local store and it was in a cold case with the Health Foods. It really is good and to find a bread that has protein in it was amazing. > > http://julianbakery.com/ > > Hugs, > Suzanne > > Nutrition Facts > Serving Size 1 slice > Servings Per Loaf Approx. 14 > Amount Per Serving > Calories 119 Calories from Fat 9 > % Daily Value > Total Fat1g 2% > Saturated Fat 0g 0% > Cholesterol 0mg 0% > Sodium 140mg 2% > Total Carbohydrate 13g 7% > Dietary Fiber 12g 14% > Net Carbs 1g 0% > Sugars 0g > Protein 12g > Vitamin A 0% Vitamin C 0% > Iron 7% Calcium 4% > Thiamin 8% > **Percent Daily Values are based on a 2,000-calorie a day diet. Guest guest
I'm one of the lucky ones who was never really addicted to bread. I know...don't hate me. (Ice cream on the other hand...it doesn't hold any appeal to me now though.) I am always looking for ways to increase my protein intake though. Looking forward to receiving it. I'm planning to freeze most of it and take it out little by little. My guys (husband and two sons) are bread lovers and I'm afraid I won't get any of it if I don't freeze it. Thanks again and again for all your help. I'm down 57 pounds since surgery on 6/28/11 and almost three sizes! Woohoo! I finally have more energy and feel almost " normal " . I was worried about that for awhile. -Debbi > > > > Hi Everyone, > > > > I am always trying to find some kind of bread that is healthy and that I > can eat. > > > > I have found some and look it has protein in it--amazing.
