How do I find someone to help me with my house ?

Hello,

I think this is my first post here. I like near Knoxville, TN..

I had my home gone over several years ago by an inspector, Tommy Lyle.

He had to retire, however, due to health issues. Now, I don't know

how to locate anyone else if I need some help. Is there an

organization where one can get referrals for their area?

Tommy installed an Ultra-Aire ADP machine. This machine puts our

house under positive pressure, brings in fresh air, dehumidifies, and

filters the air. It has been running for several years

constantly. I don't know what to do if it goes on the blink ? ! (:/
