Guest guest
Author: Doug Haney (---.rev.o1.com) Date: 07-04-04 03:44 RESPONSE JEFFERY L. ALITZ, ESQ By R. Haney, EnviroHealth Research & Consulting, Inc. Many people are aware that I would avidly promote bypassing litigation in mold exposure personal injury (toxic tort) cases, if possible, all together. It is a profoundly nasty process that further victimizes alledged victims. However, until the alledged victims of such exposures begin to find fiscal, emotional, and medical treatment relief from continuously \ " doubting\ " personnel in the medical and governmental health professions, litigation seems a viable solution to the many personal losses suffered. There are literally thousands of medical documents all over the Internet and even in the medical literature that identify the methods micro fungi (molds and yeasts) use to decompose dead and decaying materials in our environment. Yet, when when these same microbes are placed into a human body and clearly demonstrate clear and precise adversity directly related to their suppression of the human immune system, the medical field and scientists thereof, recklessly proclaim that these pesky little creatures of nature cause little more than the sniffs or asthma- \ " respiratory- not serious health problems\ " (National Academy of Sciences, 2004, funded no-less by the Centers for Disease Control)! We need far more study they declare! And, even though animals have been dying for decades from such exposures, farmers and folks in other agricultural industries have been medically stricken from exposures, smokers and drinkers have demonstrated \ " extremely similar\ " neurological and pathological effects as their indoor- exposed counterparts, hospital patients pathogenically-exposed as \ " nosocomial\ " (hospital related/caused) in highly-controlled and supposedly \ " sterile\ " environments demonstrate similar health effects and even death as patients with similar health profiles are sent home into their controlled environments, clever defense lawyers boastfully submit that \ " there is not substantial \'epidemiological data\' or \ " American peer-reviewed documentation\ " to implicate micro fungi as influential in disease causation in an office or private home environment. After all that has been written just in the last century on the subject of such exposures, one would have to be completely ignorant of the fact (and many certainly are), that micro fungi (merely being the microbial \ " decomposers\ " that they are), include humans as their prey. To test this theory, the next time you observe something die (heaven forbid), get out your microscope and observe for yourself which \ " bugs\ " arrive on the job first! When you observe the \ " rot\ " that takes place in cancer, what do you suppose that is? Hint! For all medical students of pathology 101. It is \ " decomposers\ " at work- especially the most-studied \ " Aspergillus\ " species-- check it out! When the human body suffers \ " alcohol poisoning,\ " what do you suppose metabolically that \ " mycotoxin\ " - \ " alcohol\ " produced mainly by yeasts (in conjunction with chemical warfare [endotoxins, exotoxins, and mycotoxins] produced by competing bacteria, yeasts, and molds at war with one another) is doing to your body? Well, as proven by the \ " death certificate\ " in many cases annually, the alcohol is attempting to break down the metabolic structure of cells by robbing the human cell of precious oxygen, and genetically mutating protective properties of the cell. Did you know that \ " all\ " cancer cells are \ " fermented\ " cells. Fermentation means that oxygen becomes depleted and the cell begins starving for critical \ " sugar\ " fuel which cannot be sustained. Eventually the cell gives way to DNA/RNA mutative exchanges that can no longer be controlled genetically and uncontrolled proliferation (unbalanced cell growth). When a human dies, what happens in the undertaker\'s lab? He or she embalms the body before it can be destroyed by \ " decomposing\ " fungi and bacteria. Therefore, it is preserved for its final showing for just a few days until the chemicals involved too, begin to weaken and eventually break down (just as bleach products do) and become fungal nutrients (food sources). Then again, try to tell me that the medical establishment did not begin to understand micro fungi and the toxic powers of their mycotoxins until just recent. My work as a professional consult and expert witness is not to criticize anyone\'s knowledge base of background of experience. My job is to explain how and why microbes do their natural job as accurately as possible. This is why it is hard for me to understand how the medical field and many governmental entities simply cannot see the \ " forest behind the trees!\ " It simply boggles my mind that we would allow fellow humans to suffer and die from something as simple as a \ " brilliant flash of the obvious!\ " In a court of law everything is based on evidence broken down into its simplist components. It is my responsibility to demonstrate this clearly as to micro fungi, human intake of molds, and why the two eventually lead to health problems and death. After 18 years in following the studes of the \ " new frontier of molecular science\ " (i.e., neurology, genetics, and immunology), and other sciences of probiotics, environment, and cellular evolution, I believe that the facts are certainly there for the taking. Recently, I was infomed by a well-respected medical doctor and highly respected personal friend, that my 60-page Senior Thesis as written and approved (and given a straight \ " A\ " ) at Chapman University, titled \ " Microbial Influence of Alcoholism: A Qualitative Study\ " (May 2004) should not be presented right away until micro fungi research begins to support it more directly. I was perplexed, because I greatly value this person\'s opinion. However, what this doctor fails to realize, is that the scientific \ " theory\ " behind the thesis \ " hypothesis\ " has literally thousands of years of documentation behind it. It was not based on any guesswork! God Bless you and your continuing good health. Doug Haney, EnviroHealth Research & Consulting, Inc. E- doughaney@...
