Subject: NSBP

means an exclamation mark in HTML

Greetings!

The 'nsbp' word is HTML code for an

exclamation mark. For some reason the HTML does not recognize the

exclamation mark and puts in the written code instead.

So, just insert the exclamation mark in your

mind!

Cheers! Gail

Loretta!!!!!

Hey woman! CONGRATS on the sleeve! I am so happy for you!

You'll be in the master's hand so to speak! Keep me in the loop about

your progress! Everything for me went great! I'm in the learning curve

and this aint easy! but it's worth it!

like to get down to 160. I'm 5'6'', blond. I am a prison nurse (RN).

I am so excited, but nervous. a little scared mainly of the pain.

can't decide if I should get the spinal or not. but thankfull to have

a way of getting healthy again, I am sick and tired of being sick and

tired.
