Guest guest
Wow! Neat Graphics! OK, Dr. Ordog blew me off, Dr Herman (who gave some of the best advice to some patients I talked to that I've heard from a doctor said a while back that he wasn't accepting any new mold patients. Dr h Ryll, who was investigating CFSlike illness back in '75 said that his wife had CFS. He described her symptoms to me and it sounded exactly like the mold symptoms I resolved after leaving Dr s Ampligen CFS program. So I told him that those symptoms that she had been unable to resolve were never addressed in my case either until I adopted a strategy of EXTREME mycotoxin avoidance. And Dr Ryll too, saw fit to ask no questions or communicate with me about my experience. I wonder how his wife is doing. Apparently her well being wasn't worth the trouble of following up. My unhappy experience with Dr Marinkovich is in the old messages. And he seemed like such a nice guy. But when I asked his repeat patients about Stachy and learned that even after many appointments they didn't even recognize the word, I knew something must be wrong. My identification of a spore plume in his own reception room was another clue that he might be missing something. When I asked Dr Marinkovich to help me identify a fungal infection and he refused saying " That's out of my specialty " , I wrote to Doug Haney asking " If an immunologist doesn't identify or treat infections that are the cause or the effect of an immune dysregulation, what the Hell does an immunologist do? " Still trying to figure it out. But after I identified the fungal infection anyway, without any doctors help, and had it confirmed by Dr Arvind Padhye - director of the mycotic diseases branch of the CDC and then RECONTACTED Dr Marinkvovich and told him that the Candidiasis was an Azole-resistant strain that needed a different approach - AND HE STILL REFUSED TO ALTER HIS TREATMENT OR WORK WITH ME, I was forced to the conclusion that Dr Marinkovich is another " Almost-a-good Doctor " . At least he made a somewhat pathetic attempt to help, which is better than most. It does still amaze me somewhat that after refusing to help me identify a fungal infection and denying that this was within his purvue - he has the audacity to present a lecture entitled " Outwitting the pesky pathogen " as regards fungal infections. In my case, the C. Tropicalis managed to outwit him with no trouble at all. I can't believe the bad luck I've had with doctors. -

Guest guest
I went to Dr. Jeanne Hubbuch in Newton, Mass. a couple of weeks ago, and although she was very nice and she believed that mold is making me sick, she didn't see the need to test for mold in my body and said that detoxing is what I need to do. I spent over $600 on one visit and she told me to quit smoking and take an antidepressant and vitamins (which she sold to me)... -Kim
