I am " only " HAHAHa 175-180. My max weight 5 years ago was 200+, that is easily

what I would weigh now, if I hadn't used Phentermine. I stopped 2 months

ago...I HATE DIET PILLS! So my journey brings me here, & I am grateful.....

4 u guys know me, were all basically the same! Please give me all positives AND

negatives with your experience! I believe I'm aiming at $10,000 total including

airfare?!? I will begetting loans, and I HAVE to get it done between Dec 20th

I had my surgery July 24th and lost almost 30 lbs. My weight is close to yours I started at 189 and now am 159, did the phen. too and hated it!! The surgery was the easiest thing I've ever done in regards to weight loss. The hardest part for me was the 1st 10 days because you feel pretty good and still want to eat. Now that I can eat, I don't really want to (just what I need). No more foot pain is a major plus and being able to fit into my size 10's again is nice one thing that I'm learning is that if I have my premier protein shake first thing in the morning, I feel so much better all day. At the beginning I was drinking the GNC zero carb isopure drinks in the morning but they would take me a few hours to get down and by 10am I was really tired. Hope this helps and congratulations.
