Anyone had an appt with Dr Shoemaker?

Has anyone here seen or had an appt with Dr Shoemaker? It says on his website:

" Should you wish to use your medical insurance, you must have the visit

preauthorized by your physician. "

How on earth do you get that? My doctor doesn't know a thing about this?

According to him, funguses cause no harm unless it's stachybotra and there is a

lot of it, and Fibro is all in your head or more modern doctors think garlic

will take care of it.
