Guest guest
You'd need to go to your doctor and get a prescription for it. Or, try Omeprazole, it's OTC.On Tue, Aug 9, 2011 at 6:25 AM, debra.garza@... <debra.garza@...> wrote: Does anyone know how or if I can get some more Nexium Mups? Guest guest
I took Prevacid 24 hr. after a month and a half. I found that they worked just as well as Nexium. Prevacid is an over the counter med which you can get at Walmart. From: "debra.garza@..." <debra.garza@...> Sent: Tuesday, August 9, 2011 8:25 AMSubject: Nexium Mups Does anyone know how or if I can get some more Nexium Mups? Guest guest
Hi Debbi, Me and another gal (my sleeve sister) were sleeved in June 2011 and we each bought a 3 month supply. She mentioned to me that she takes Prilosec and did not like the Nexium so she still has her 3 month supply. I can ask her, if you are interested in buying them from her I am sure she would sell them, probably even at a discount since she does not plan on taking them. Please let me know if you are interested and I can ask her. Thanks! Guest guest
Hi Debbie, I agree with Bipley. Omeprazole worked so much better for me than Nexium anyway. Call or make an appointment to see your PCP and ask for a prescription of Omeprazole. It is OTC, but if he writes you a prescription, then it will go through your insurance. For me my insurance will pay for a 90 day supply of generic drug for about $7.00. That cost a lot less than buying the OTC Omeprazole. Hugs, Suzanne In a message dated 8/9/2011 1:09:02 P.M. Guest guest
Thanks. I'll do that. Do you crush them or are you okay now to swallow your pills? I'm afraid to do it. -Debbi > > Hi Debbie, > > I agree with Bipley. Omeprazole worked so much better for me than Nexium > anyway. Guest guest
Thank you. I think I'll try the Prilosec first. If that doesn't work for me, I would gladly buy them from her. -Debbi > > > Hi Debbi, > > Me and another gal (my sleeve sister) were sleeved in June 2011 and we each bought a 3 month supply.
