Guest guest
Today I just want to vent! I was exposed to 4 different types of mycotoxins in my crimelab. Thank God I took samples and photographs before the coverups began. I have a workmans comp attorney who is fighting for my rights. I have memory problems, headaches, wheezing, chronic fatigue, pain in my arms and hands and pins and needles, resembling neuropathy. I go to trial soon. The only problem I see is that not much is written in the medical books about the neurotoxic effects of mold. My doctor said it might take 10-15 years before it is proven. There are so called experts stating that mold doesnt cause neurological or memory problems and I think we all know that is bull. Has anyone ever fought for a workmans comp case and won? I do alot of research, and found that doctors around the world are documenting neurological problems. Any hints or suggestions? So far it has cost me $24,000 for testing and treatment that does not seem to work. They also wont clean up the building and no one governs municipal buildings...I have called osha, and everyone, and they all say that municipal building is exempt.
