Then again, the

Bush mansion in Texas was remediated as well -- perhaps GW is an

allergic person himself? This could be good news for this group --

it needs to be investigated!

I have a question. Please, this is in no way political and may be silly but...

W. Bush has this rather odd way of stopping when he is speaking as if

he forgets what he is going to say. I do not think he is stupid. But his

hesitant speech is puzzling. I have taught school for a lot of years, and if I

had a student like that I would recommend they be studied for some sort of

learning disability. Often these students are brilliant but they have something

almost like a brain stutter. Please do not turn this into politics. I am serious

and wonder if anyone has any thoughts? I have seen a lot of CFIDS patients who

talk like this because their short term memory is not functioning. I remember

being like this when I was very sick. Who knows, maybe that TX governor's

mansion had an effect.

I heard has problems with mold and that is why she does not

entertain as much as the other first ladies....Wouldn't it be ironic is

she is a latent MCS and her hubby is the cause?

, I will be laughing a long time on this one. You are starting just the sort

of thing I was afraid of. But seriously, these mispronunciations are two classic

examples of exactly what I was thinking about. It is partly a southern accent

thing, but partly a brain fog in the verbal area. Of course we must remember

that his father said, " Saydam " instead of Sa DAHM for Mr. Hussein. But I think

Sr. said this on purpose - maybe not too smart to insult your enemies.

Much like the old slap in the face with a glove - but I digress.

a

Aside from Prez. Bush's famous " Nuke-U-Leer " expression, I was amazed

to hear him refer to a military unit as " Armored Calvary " .

Doesn't this violate the " separation of Church and Military " rule?

I don't write a lot here on this list, but some of you know that my background

of poor heath is chronic fatigue syndrome. Last year I was finally diagnosed

with Lyme disease as was my 30 yr old son and my husband of 35 years. I clearly

have borrelia, probably from fleas in 1972 on a dog that had severe arthritis.

Then in the 80s I got bit by a tick and had the classic bull's eye rash. We

lived in a house that was full of mold and had water in the crawl space for

years. I absolutely do not think the mold started my problem. It looks like my

son has had Lyme since before he was born. He, my husband, and my other son are

all reasonably healthy. I now react to molds pretty badly. I think in my case

this all came together in a bad way.

As to Texas and Bush, Austin is a terrible city for mold - remember the stachy

in the million dollar house? Texas is also a place with a lot of ticks and

undiagnosed Lyme disease. It is certainly possible that and could

have been exposed to both.

I think there's a Christian speed-metal band called " Armored Saint " ,

perhaps this what GW was referring to? If so, this could explain the

agression and other behavioral problems....

As for whether the leader of the free world () has experienced

organic mycotic damage, I think the previous question is not out of

line. It could be that the president's family is just assuming that

's ADD symptoms are just stress, or genetic, or....?

I've ferreted out Fibromyalgia, CFS and Lupus support groups, and the

victims are all basically experiencing the same thing, but don't

realize any causal link -- they've just been told they " have " the

above disorders, which are all symptomatic diagnosis anyway.
