Guest guest
I was born in Montreal and have never has a passport. I have had to request a birth certificate from Quebec because what I was given was a Baptism Certificate, which is not excepted when getting a passport. I live on Vancouver Island in B.C. Any body born prior to 1994 I think it is was given Baptism Certificates and not actual birth certificates. Quebec is different from alot of other provinces.
