Me, too, Kristy, me too! I'm sorry this continues to be a struggle for some

of us. We just have to keep going back to the basics over and over and hope

we eventually " get " it! LOL Remember the ps may kick start your weight loss

again!

Hugs and blessings, Ann

It is midday and I have had 2 pieces of toast with peanut butter and

an apple...heaps less than the coke and chocolate breakfasts I was

having last week.

Kristy, nice to hear from you! Sounds like you are doing better. I

think it might be the cokes that made you gain weight. People

don't think of it this way, but each coke is like a candy bar.

THink of it that way, would you eat three full sized candy bars each

day? I think not!

Hey guys

I'm staying positive, but I need to confess! I'm tired and overlaoded between work and home. I'm junior and senior class sponsor, a mentor, helping with 4 fundraisers at once, have 5 different classes to teach, 4 kids at home of my own, and people like to come to me to vent because I'm a positive anti-drama queen......confesssion is I'm so tired and stressed I'm nibbling. I put on 2 pounds this week. Of course this makes me more stressed! I don't need a fill...I need a grip. Someone please yell at me....

Thanks for the ear

Hi a,

What a great example you have set for your kids. I have to ask is your daughter still alive Tee Hee? It is amazing what kids think and say when they are teenagers. I have had my own teenage daughter who grew into being a lovely young lady--but there were times when she was a teenager. Way to go, sound like you found the right mix for you. You GO GIRL!

Hey I will yell at you if you yell at me! I'm having the same problem I

have no fill though and all I want to do is eat. I'm hungry all the time I have

put on the same 4pds I've lost and gained over and over again. I've pleauted and

stayed pretty much the same weight for about 6months except for thoughs 4 dang

pounds. Don't get me wrong I lost 63pds over all and I still have people not

recognize me so I'm happy about that but its not ever enough!!!! I can't lose

the rest 30pounds you would think whoopie doo but if I would of keep them 4 dam

pounds off I would of been there by now!! And that should be a cake walk

compared to the 90 I had to loose altogether. And you know I want to but I

can't my will power went out the window. Its been 14 months for me post op and

you would think it would get easier. Its not!! And you know even when I was at

a good fill I was still struggle because when I could eat I would. But awwww I

could go on and on. I need a boot in the ass! When I remember how much money

my husband and I have spent makes me sad you would think that would be enough!

Chips should be outlawed lol! I feel that I'm on self sabotage mode! Big

time. I to have a hectic life I do foster care I have 5 children 2bio boys

5,3yrs. 3 fosters 16,15girls,5yr old boy. I have had to testify in court

against parents this last week and lots of other stress and I'm a stress eater!!

So that don't help!

Thank you for listening to me babble but I have faith in you! You have done so

well already:) Now if I can have faith in my self!!!!!!!!!

Take care Poss ,

I won't yell but offer some advise that I hope will help.

The most important thing most women need to learn is to take care of themselves.

It's hard to say " NO " and take some time out but start doing so for yourself.

Everyone will get used to you NOT being superwoman.

Start small and know that the change will be met with resistance.

them to help out more with the chores.
