Dear Mr. Morin,

I finally received your paper to sign. I had an informal Workmen's Comp

hearing today and was NEVER so INSULTED in my life besides Jerry the

Claims Examiner I used to deal with!

They say things are held up as I had not made out a CA-7 form. Back

along, Jerry told me NOT to until the case was final.

They argued over the skin test. My attorney read them the law that

says I dont have to submit to ANY test that would be detrimental to my health.

He also read the FOUR doctors letters stating that it would. I have received

further testing from a recent doctor that I will send.

The Examiner today tried to blame this on my years of

hayfever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I will sign your paper and ask questions for inquiries but I expect

HELP this time. I will go all the way to the White House with this and I

have!!!

So I would gladly accept your help under the conditions that the

government isn't all in bed together! THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS!! I live with hepa

filtersall days and cannot afford medical help on 1200 a month!

That moldy basement made me sick and today they tried to make it

sound as if I am a liar and have NO evidence. Whatever you want to see for my

evidence, I will send.

NO ONE should have to go through this when there are people

to help. I wished to God I never worked for the government at all!
