Hi ,

I have been meaning to post this suggestion for you to help break the plateau

you are experiencing....maybe try a personal trainer? I started going to a

personal trainer in January and in the first 3 months I lost 38 lbs and 38

inches! THe exercises he shows me have really made a difference in my core and

he has taught me to exercise " smarter not harder " . Just a thought.
