Hi there! Long time no see! You may not even remember me but we met maybe 3 or

4 years ago at Almater and I was a regular on this board. I see you may have

converted to the sleeve. It sounds like you are doing great and even I, who

still have my lapband and still am at my goal weight after almost 6 years, can

agree with you on paying back surgery costs with spending so much less on

groceries, restaurant meals,and let's not forget medical bills! I see you still

swear by the " no white carbs " rule. A very good suggestion for safe weight loss

and really not too difficult to follow once you get past the " head hunger " . I

know that many who are considering wls want to know if it will still be working

as time goes by. I am here to tell you that after 6 years my band is still

working and I don't have to think about food all the time. I suggest anyone

should go for it if they are seriously overweight!
