41 yr old mom of 6 month old twins wants band... Questions.

I had the lap band by Dr. Aceves in 1/06 and have been so successful

that my sister is planning on having it done as well. She is a 41 year

old Mom to 6 month old twins....so as you can imagine, she is worried

about caring for them when she comes home from surgery. Has anyone had

experience caring for babies after having the surgery? Also, we live

in MD. Can she go to Mexico say on a Friday and then come home the

next day, Saturday? When I went in 1/06 we flew to the San Diego

airport where (i forgot his name!) a wonderful man met us and drove us

directly to Almater Hospital (about 2 hrs).

Any help/advice is greatly appreciated!
