I organized my closets for the summer and pulled all of my size 18-20's out and took them to a thrift store, bye-bye . . . don't need ya any more!!

I have been using the Isopure SHAKE + ZERO CARB drink which combined gives me 90 grams of PROTEIN daily. My hair and my nails have never been longer or stronger. I too have take ZINC and LYSINE from the start of my healing process [out of the capsules into my shakes--no taste]

I have lost 35 lbs in 7 weeks. I started with walking, then hiking and am also doing water aerobics.
