Guest guest
I am surprised at the apparent restriction and lack of hunger that I am experiencing without having had a fill. Admittedly, I am only 3 weeks down the path and haven't started really solid food yet, but I was experiencing little hunger even on the full liquid phase, and with mushies a very small meal satisfies me for hours. I hadn't really expected any restriction before I got a fill, but although everything goes down just fine, I become satisfied very quickly. It almost sounds like what some of you refer to as a sweet spot. Is this just a normal stage that we all go through, and will I start to experience increased hunger when I begin with the harder meats and veggies? For what it is worth, I have pretty much stuck with the program as given by the doc; clears 10 days, fulls, and mushies a tad early because everything seemed to be working so well. He told me before I left that he had put 1.4 cc's in my 10cc band. He also told me that I didn't need to hurry to get a fill if I was still losing weight, but I actually expected to be hungry until the fill. As a schoolteacher, the best time for me to travel for a fill is during the summer, and I had planned to go in July, but now I wonder. Anyone have any similar experiences? I appreciate you all.
