Hi Gail, well I understand as I jumped in too fast too (6 saunas in a

row)...now I haven't done one for four days and probably won't resume

until the weekend as I should do a liver flush first.

Did you try putting coconut oil (virgin/organic) on after

showering/after the sauna? Somehow I think that helps with avoiding

a rash but who knows

I wonder if you should do blood electrification along with ozone...a

lot of stress on your body, but each to his own.

I definitely think it's good we post the various ups and downs, and

what a tolerable leve is for us. Saul noted that 2x week sauna seems

the minimum.

Hi, Gail,

Your courage and commitment to cleansing with ozone are admirable. My wife,

Beatrice, and I have been through intense periods of rashing in the early going

with our Plasmafire sauna. Several nights and days were agonies of itching,

burning, oozing. No fun at all. We would always follow instinct and back off

when it became too intense. We are all pioneers somewhat, out in the ozone

together, probing the insufflatory horizons. It's a wonder that there are so

many and varied reactions to ozoning. Saul says some people don't get any ear

oozing whatsoever from insufflation. Imagine that! I blush to admit how much my

own ears have oozed. I might have set a record. And it still continues, my

life a constant juggling act, trying to make sure I don't arrange insufflation

sessions too close to social events or business meetings. Friends just don't

understand when you try to explain, " Some people have runny noses, I have runny

ears. No big deal. " Ozone is a truly amazing healing modality. The radical

cleansing that goes on seems to reach to very deep levels. If I may offer a

totally unscientific, intuitive conjecture... it feels as though our dense

cellular bodies are repositories of karmic threads that go back many lifetimes.

Homeopaths call these 'miasms'. They are both collective and personal.

Ozone goes deep. Saul repeatedly reminds us that its principal efficacy and

power resides in the fact that it is " electrical. " This ozonal electricity,

present in Edgar Cayce's Violet Wand device, produces profound effects. The

clairvoyant Cayce said of it, that it can remove entities, negative energy forms

from the body-mind. I re-emphasize, I am being conjectural here. This will all

seem like fantastical nonsense to the literal minded empiricist. But we know so

little about how the mind and body work. Meanwhile, our cells seem to know a

great deal, and readily give up to ozone the toxic chemical crap which we, in

our 'conscious' cleverness, have fed them.

Best,

Colin Yardley

Hi Jill, Yes, I did use the coconut oil. And yes, is organic. It

didn't seem to help but did make my skin smooth and moist. Actually,

the rash is much better this morning. Seems like just staying out of

the sauna is helping. gail

HI ,

Some have talked about having their blood analyzed before and after

BEing. Before they did the BE, it was clumped together. Afterward,

it was seperate and what some called " alive " . Conclusion is blood

electrified lives longer than when not. It is also suppose to

disable pathogens and increase ATP. All I really know is it makes me

feel better, stronger.

Hi ,

I think these are her old habits and they are hard for her to break them. So, you may be the one who has to say, I would be happy to come along and then bring a protein shake along a drink it while they are eating--if that is something you are comfortable doing. I know that isn't a lot of fun, but you have your head in the right place--keep it there. So keep doing what you know is BEST for you and they will just have to learn, this is ALL ABOUT YOU and no one else. It is hard for people & famlies to hear that, but for the first time in your life you are being selfish and doing something just for you. It feels good to get rid of those extra pounds of fat. And yes, it does slow down in awhile, so don't panic when that happens. Congratulations on your current weight loss. If you go and she says thing like "oh just eat a little something." smile back and say thanks, I am doing great and what I have right now is so yummy. This is part of you being strong for you. And if that doesn't work, then just stay home and eat what you know is the right thing for you. Your husband can go without you if he wants. Sometimes our families are the healthiest for us to be around and then you have to be the strong one who makes good choices for yourself.

Take care,

Suzanne

I am doing good. I have not been sick at all and have tolerated

I do have an issue that I am dealing with, though. My mother-in-law

keeps inviting us to eat lunch at her house or go out to eat. I am

still on thick liquids and just want to eat at home. I have told her

Thanks Suzanne and Biply for the advice. I will tell her that if we

come over, I will bring what I can eat. If that offends her, then I am

sorry. I will just stay at home. I am not sure if she understands that

if I eat something that is not legal too soon, it could be life

threatening. I guess I should explain this to her in detail.

Thank again for you input.

Take care
