,I'm sorry you are struggling. It is hard to know what the right fill is for each person. I'm glad you went for an unfill, that is very dangerous to not be able to get liquids down. So what to do now?? Are you dealing with head hunger? When ever I "think" I need to eat (head hunger) I tell myself, "if I take this bite, it will be an hour before I can have a drink, so do I want a drink first?" Usually, I can get a bottle of water and then walk away from the fridge and realize, it was head hunger. It is a way of getting my mind away from the idea of eating right at that moment. Maybe if you try something like that for a while it might help figure out if you need a fill or is it just head hunger. Good luck and let us know what you
