Mold problem discovered at nuclear weapons plant

A mold problem has been found in a building at Oak Ridge's nuclear weapons

plant.

Mold and mildew have been discovered throughout a 20 year-old office building at

the high-security Y-12 National Security Complex. The office houses public

affairs officers and union leaders.

Ceiling tiles are being replaced, new air conditioners installed and carpet

removed. No health complaints have been made so far.
