Guest guest Posted September 26, 2011 Report Share Posted September 26, 2011 Hello all: very pleased with my progress so far. a few issues: 1) low grade headache - treated w/children's liquid tylenol last nite, which worked well. 2) liquid protein - tried unjury chicken soup (bleah!), not feeling hopeful about unflavored unjury powder. liked Vita4life Strawberry, but couldn't consume very much at one time. used 1-1/2 packets to make jello. so 1 qt. of jello = 45 gr. protein. working on consuming this much jello by the end of the day very difficult. tried isopure grape protein water - couldn't handle the taste I'd really like to get in the recommended 70 gr. protein but I'm failing to see how I can manage this during the clear liquid stage. So, a couple questions: 1) Can I shorten this clear liquid stage at all? I know I can get the protein in on the full liquid stage. 2) Any other suggestions for liquid protein during this stage?
