Guest guest
Hi Bertha you bet the first weeks with a band are tough! It's a really hard transition for your body and especially your mind! For me, the more I tried to keep myself busy, the easier it was. Take walks, enjoy some time outside (if weather permits), or maybe treat yourself to something fun- maybe a good book, scrapbooking, or maybe another interest you have put off- I guess the point is do something for you! Before you know it, you will see changes in your weight and your body and you will know all your hard work will have been worth it! It was also important for me to get enough protein- it helped me not feel hungry- in the early stages I relied alot on protein bullets. good luck with your journey- you've started a whole new life! congratulations!!!
