Guest guest
This is SO NORMAL!! You are doing great! I figure your body has a LOT of adjusting to do. It is basically trying to conserve every ounce of fat because it thinks that there is a famine out there or you wouldn't be eating so little (this is the non-medical explanation of what happens!!). Keep it up. And for the record, I never counted carbs or calories. ly, I don't have enough time in my day to do that, nor is it interesting to me. I try to make sure I get enough protein and water in, but I don't worry about those carbs at all. Certainly if you are getting only about 600 calories in a day (and that WILL increase as you get farther out from surgery), you can't help but continue to lose weight. It just happens in fits and starts. Danae
