Many people have. Do a google search on the words " condo mold " . Then send

your landlords/homeowners association a REGISTERED letter that clearly, and

consicely explains the problems. Request that they properly remediate it.

Take pictures for documentation. Start a log of all conversations pertaining

to this. Follow up all conversations with written correspondance reiterating

the conversations. If at all possible, put all communication into writing, or

at a least have a witness there for all verbal communication.l

Then......Hope that your landlord/HOA does the right thing in addressing the

mold properly and you don't even need all the documentation in the future!

But there is a good chance you will.

Yes, I had a nightmare mold situation while I owned a condo. The condo

association, Whitehall Farm in Middletown, RI totally denied all

responsibility for the mold in the wall cavities. I was left to

remediate and repair on my own. Good luck. My litigation is still

pending approaching 3 years.
