Hi Loretta!

Sounds like you are doing great and being able to enjoy life a lot more!

I'm doing fine and just trying to get as much enjoyment from the last

few months of summer that I can!

Sounds like it's time for an NSV check in...An NSV is a "Non-scale victory", things that happen in the weight loss journey that have nothing to do with the scale and everything to do with feeling successful :)1-I don't sweat like I used to. I used to be afraid to walk the stairs at work, because I knew I would be soaked with sweat. Now I'm cold all the time - very funny feeling2- I enjoy shopping for clothes3-I play with my kids more - like get on the ground and play :)4-My husband can wrap his arm around my waist and does it every Sunday at church when we sing :)5-I can sit in any chair and not "hang over" it6-I have a job now that requires walking all day and I love it!7-I have more confidence in myself than I ever have in my life8- I have gotten out of

my "shell" and tried new experiences I would never have triedAnyone else care to add to the list :) :)Have a wonderful Christmas!!!! CyrenaDOB: 1/19/07240/130/150start/now/goal
