"Alpine" brand spice apple cider now comes in a sugarfree!! It has 15 cal per cup...and tastes just like regular apple cider. I even make it up hot and then refrigerate it and it is really good. You can add your unjury or it is good with the grape "new whey" in it if you are still using protein drinks. Lots of people don't need the extra protein once they get on solid foods IF they make really good food choices...but some people who are tight in the mornings still choose to use them. I try to take it one day at a time...and will occasionally add some protein...even 2 yrs out.
