Guest guest Posted October 25, 2011 Report Share Posted October 25, 2011 Well, I did it! Dr. Aceves & staff are the best. I have a couple of questions: I am still on clear liquids. How the heck do you get protein in during this time? I tried Isopure-got it 2/3 of the way down and I just couldn't finish it. I tried Unjury flavorless (NOT!) in jello. I managed to get most of it down yesterday, but today is another story. I have tried the Unjury chicken soup- It all just makes me gag. I tried some vegetable soup broth (num) and some egg-drop soup minus the egg (num). I have no problem getting my water down. So, at this stage of the game is it more important to just stay hydrated & worry about protein after the 1st 10 days? Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
