You can reach her office at : 503 235 6589 to schedule a fill. She is a naturopathic doc and an RN, and is really excellent with fills. I'm not sure of the costs but I'm pretty sure he is still doing this as I run into a lot of them when I'm in for my visits. Had some trouble with the band, unable to eat, terrible heartburn etc. Kaiser unfilled my band which solved the problems but now they refuse to fill it again. I am looking for a fill doctor near San , Ca. I found one but he seems a little shady. Any help would be appreciated.
